Geert Standaert, CTO of Proximus, is leading a program that prevents service interruptions before they happen, thanks to predictive analytics and machine learning. In the one year that program has been running, calls to the call center dropped by 1/3 and Proximus TV users had to reset their routers 2/3 less often.
