Charles Forte was appointed CIO of UK’s Ministry of Defence in 2017. With 36 years of industry experience, he is now running IT operations in a complex organisation employing around 200 thousand people, managing an IT budget of 3.7 Billion Pounds, one of the largest in Europe.

In this episode of Leadership Deep Dive, Charles talks with Hendrik Deckers about his role that he defines as “Chief Connection Officer”, cultivating an IT ecosystem for multiple stakeholders – internal departments, business partners and military allies.
