How COVID-19 has changed the way we work forever.

The human and economic impact of the coronavirus pandemic cannot be overstated. It will fundamentally change how we work and how companies operate.

In many ways it has expedited trends which were already taking place within workplaces: the shift to digital, flexible hours, the use of technology to allow remote working and the use of outsourcing technologies. There is now an added dimension for companies to deal with: office hygiene.

During the pandemic many companies have shifted to remote working without missing a beat. However now is the time for businesses to evaluate how they intend their employees to work. Businesses should be looking at how they can maintain or improve efficiency and what positive aspects of lockdown, if any, they can incorporate into the norm going forward.
